Quotes and payment

All quotes are fixed-price, itemised, and valid for 30 days. Projects begin on receipt of a 50% deposit; the balance is due on launch day. The price on the quote is the final price for the itemised scope — additional requests are quoted separately in writing before any work is done.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered website, its content, and the domain name registered for the project. We provide administrative access to the website and, where we arrange hosting, to the hosting account. Third-party components (WordPress, themes, plugins) remain subject to their own open-source or commercial licences.

Timelines

Standard business websites launch within 10 working days and ecommerce websites within 14 working days of receiving your complete brief, materials and deposit. Delays caused by pending client feedback or materials extend timelines accordingly.

Care plans

Maintenance care plans are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Cancellation never affects your ownership of the website, domain or content.

Liability

We build and maintain websites with professional care but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes, search rankings or uninterrupted third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
